Molten salt heaters use molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heating media. Molten salt heater will heat the powder salt over the melting point until the viscosity of the molten salt allows circulating pump works, after the whole system is under circulating condition, then feed then into the thermal fluid heater for further circulating rising temperature to make it to be recycling used. Normal media working temperature is 400-550℃, top working temperature could reach 600℃.

Technical advantages

Digitized manufacture

  • The laying-off of steel tube adopts CNC 3D laser cutting machine.
  • The manufacture of square coil tube adopts CNC three-dimensional tube bending machine, no forced shaping.
  • The manufacture of serpentuator adopts serpentuator automatic production line, once-forming.

Long life span

  • The optimized radiation heating surface and convective heating surface, the medium flow is more reasonable, without overheat of the carrier and reduce the life;
  • Convection section: optimize convection heating surface and adopt effective fix and structural support to make its working life longer.
  • Set up effective flue gas partition for convection heating surface and cast partition to make it works longer.

Less fuel consumption

  • Use superior refractory brick to build inside and superior perlite in the middle. Keep the furnace temperature under 50℃ to make the minimization of loss.
  • Furnace adopts double close line coil, which makes heating surface sufficient.

Cogeneration - Wikiped

Cogeneration or combined heat and power (CHP) is the use of a heat engine or power station to generate electricity and useful heat at the same time. Trigeneration or combined cooling, heat and power ( CCHP ) refers to the simultaneous generation of electricity and useful heating and cooling from the combustion of a fuel or a solar heat collector.

Combined Heat and Power Basics | Department of Ener

Combined heat and power (CHP), also known as cogeneration, is: The concurrent production of electricity or mechanical power and useful thermal energy (heating and/or cooling) from a single source of energy. A type of distributed generation, which, unlike central station generation, is located at or near the point of consumption.

Cogeneration | Combined heat and power | CHP | Cog

Cogeneration (cogen) through combined heat and power (CHP) is the simultaneous production of electricity with the recovery and utilisation heat. Cogeneration is a highly efficient form of energy conversion and it can achieve primary energy savings of approximately 40% by compared to the separate purchase of electricity from the national

Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Generation | Industria

The energy losses from power generation and from heat production can be reduced by combining heat and power generation. While the fuel utilization efficiency in conventional power plants is around one third, cogeneration increases this to 88-92% - depending on the technique used.

Combined-Cycle Power Plant – How it Works | GE Powe

A combined-cycle power plant uses both a gas and a steam turbine together to produce up to 50 percent more electricity from the same fuel than a traditional simple-cycle plant. The waste heat from the gas turbine is routed to the nearby steam turbine, which generates extra power.

Combined heat and power - Power plant solutions - Glob

In Combined Heat and Power, the waste heat produced in a plant facility is utilized in other industrial processes, extracted to cover the heat demand of individual buildings, or exported to a district heating system. CHP plants are typically based on gas and/or steam turbines in simple or combined cycle configuration.

Combined Heat and Power | ScienceDire

Combined Heat and Power Generation is a concise, up-to-date and accessible guide to the combined delivery of heat and power to anything, from a single home to a municipal power plant. Breeze discusses the historical background for CHP and why it is set to be a key emission control strategy for the 21st Century.

Combined heat and power generation - Finnish Ener

Combined heat and power generation is energy-efficient. In combined heat and power generation, the energy content of the fuel is recovered in the most energy-efficient and environmentally friendly way. The part of the fuel’s energy that cannot be converted to electricity is recovered as heat.

Trigeneration | Combined heat power cooli

Trigeneration or combined cooling, heat and power (CCHP), is the process by which some of the heat produced by a cogeneration plant is used to generate chilled water for air conditioning or refrigeration. An absorption chiller is linked to the combined heat and power (CHP) to provide this functionality.

Power plant solutions - Power Generation | Energ

• Simple cycle power plants, thermal power plants, combined cycle power plants • From industrial of about 20 MW to 2,000-MW heavy-duty power plants • For 50- and 60-Hz grids • As combined heat and power (CHP) for maximum fuel utilization • Net plant efficiencies in excess of 61 percent
