Molten salt heaters use molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heating media. Molten salt heater will heat the powder salt over the melting point until the viscosity of the molten salt allows circulating pump works, after the whole system is under circulating condition, then feed then into the thermal fluid heater for further circulating rising temperature to make it to be recycling used. Normal media working temperature is 400-550℃, top working temperature could reach 600℃.
The Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) technology is a way to convert heat into electricity. Its main applications are distributed electricity generation from renewable heat sources (geothermal, biomass, solar) and industrial energy efficiency (heat recovery from industrial processes).
The Siemens Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) module enables owners/operators of industrial plants to generate power from waste heat with temperatures of around 300° Celsius. The ORC process uses an organic working medium obtained from the group of silicon oils with a substantially lower vaporization enthalpy than water.
Waste heat with a temperature of 300°C is just enough to drive the ORC-cycle-process. The recovery process adds to the efficiency of the process and thus decrease s the overall costs of fuel and energy consumption.
The ORC process (Organic Rankine Cycle) is a thermodynamic process that makes use of an organic fluid with a boiling point lower than water, which enables low temperature energy sources to be used effectively to generate electric power.

limitations to convert waste heat into electricity. Therefore, the ABB power plant is based on Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) technology (further referred to as ‘ABB ORC power plant’) to match the requirements. The ABB ORC power plant is designed to make use of exactly this waste heat, converting low-temperature waste heat from cement plants
Turboden is an Italian firm and a global leader in the design, manufacture and maintenance of Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) systems, highly suitable for distributed generation, that generate electric and thermal power exploiting multiple sources, such as renewables (biomass, geothermal energy, solar energy), traditional fuels and waste heat from
The Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) is a thermodynamic process similar to a conventional steam cycle but using a different media to drive the turbine. ORC systems use high molecular organic fluids instead of water. The organic media is compressed and circulated in a closed loop by a pump.
Waste Heat Recovery with Organic Rankine Cycle Technology Power Generation with the Siemens ORC-Module Waste heat recovery is an economic method to increase the overall efficiency of the plant and, thus, to lower fuel Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC). Often, waste heat is of low temperature quality. It can be

The name “Organic Rankine Cycle” (ORC) has been adopted to describe this energy extraction cycle. The fluids used are more efficient when used with heat at low temperature (below 300°C) and for low power applications (from a few kW to several MW).
